    We are a state of the art call center with more than 50 years of experience in Puerto Rico. Teleconteste was founded in the year 1956 under the name of Telephone Answering Service of Puerto Rico by Leticia Torruella Casals, mother of Juan Luis Casalduc current owner of Teleconteste. Letica took advantage of the communications gap that existed between doctors and patients during that time. In 1990 Teleconteste was the call center of the major beeper companies in Puerto Rsuch as CelPage, Cellular One, Telefonica, and TPI with more than 900 employs until 200.

    

    In the year 2000 due to the reduction of beeper usage in Puerto Rico, Teleconteste De Puerto Rico concentrated more in its answering service. In 2002  Teleconteste bought one of the most sophisticated systems available for call management in the market This way Teleconteste can manage any call center needed imaginable.

    Today Teleconteste offers a variety of services that put our clients in contact with their customers. Our call center works 24 hours a day every day of the year. We are equipped with a powerful electric generator and with direct communications with the Puerto Rico telephone company and Centennial to run during natural disasters. Our operator are fully bilingual in English and Spanish and prepared to attend any type of call. We will try at the most to serve your every need.
